Website Content Management

Sign in to admin.php and open Website Content. Edit text and optional category images, then Save website content. Updates are stored in the existing private SQLite database and applied to public pages via api.php?action=cms.

Existing pages retain their original content if the API is temporarily unavailable. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 3 MB. Keep private/greenbridge.sqlite when updating a deployed site: it contains your admin account, products, quotations, partners and content edits.

Do not overwrite the private SQLite database during deployment. The CMS requires PHP with PDO SQLite and a writable private/ and uploads/ directory.

ENGLISH AND GERMAN EDITING IN THE ADMIN PANEL
- Website Content, Products and Partners show a green "German" box next to every English text field.
Edit both and save once. The two texts are stored together, so visitors who choose German see the German text.
- If you change an English text and leave the German box unchanged, the box turns orange as a reminder to check it.
The unchanged German text is then kept for the new English wording.
- Not translated on purpose: image fields, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, website names, the address block, partner names.
- "Languages & Translations" lists every English phrase with its German version, including the ones saved from the forms above.
Fixed page text (for example the legal page) can only be changed there in German; its English wording is part of the website files.

PARTNER LOGOS
- Admin > Partner logos: only a logo file is uploaded. It is resized automatically to fit 480 x 240 px
(proportions kept, no enlarging, transparent background kept, empty borders trimmed) and saved as PNG.
If the server has no image library (PHP GD), the logo is saved unchanged and the admin says so.
- The file name becomes the company name shown on the Partners page (Lancetech-Limited.png -> "Lancetech Limited").
- Logos have no links. On the home page they scroll slowly above the footer; clicking the strip opens the Partners page,
which shows the logos with their company names. Use the arrows in the admin list to change the order.
